

| Diana Poell, Early Childhood Facilitator Diana received her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Butler County Community College in 1998. Diana has been a preschool teacher for 19 years. She is our socialization expert and documents our students’ socialization progress as she interacts with the students and closes our school at the end of each day. |

| Chloe Odle, Elementary Educator and Early Childhood Facilitator Chloe received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Wichita State University in 2010. Chloe currently holds a Teaching License in Kansas. Chloe has had experience as a para professional for two years in the Wichita school district, was a substitute teacher, is a Sign Language instructor, and was previously an educational intern at Exploration Place. Chloe is instrumental in providing whole and small group instruction differentiation to the children in the academy, assessing the students, documenting their progress, and maintaining student files. Ms.Odle is a teacher in our 3-4 year old classroom. |
| Kimberly Fielding, Academy Founder and Director Kimberly founded Honey Tree Academy in 2007 in order to provide the highest early childhood educational experience possible to the young children in Kansas. She has been teaching young children in Kansas since 1987. Kimberly received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Wichita State University in 1989, her Early Childhood Certification from Friends University in 2000, her Second Language Certification from Kansas State University in 2000, and finally her Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Wichita State University in 2004. Kimberly currently holds a License/Teaching Certificate in the state of Kansas. Kimberly is a master facilitator and has many accomplishments to her credit, including: |
| • Taught and participated on the leadership team in USD 259, the largest school district in Kansas for 20 years. • Participated in creating the first Dual Language Immersion Program in the state of Kansas 1996; Horace Mann Dual Language Magnet - A Blue Ribbon National School of Excellence • Co-Created and presented an integrated, academically challenging, early childhood, hands on curriculum; ‘It’s all in the Bag’ 1997-2000 • Presented at State Teaching Conference 1997-1998 • Featured in the 2005 Kansas Pediatric Foundation ‘Give a Kid a Book’ campaign • Who’s Who in American Teachers Award 2005 • Received ‘Good Apple Teacher Award’ 2007 • Awarded Best of Wichita Preschools in 2008, 2009, and 2010– US Local Business Association |

Miss Ava Honey Miss Ava is our official school pet. Sher has passed her Canine Good Citizen test and has her CGC certificate. She is currently working on her training to become a Certified Therapy Dog. Miss Ava provides warmth, kindness, caring, and empathy to our students. She has excellent listening skills and functions well in a counseling capacity!. |

| Holly Donahue, Elementary Educator and Early Childhood Facilitator Holly received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education degree fromTabor College in 2004. Holly currently holds a Teaching LIcense in the State of Kansas. Holly has had the opportunity to teach sixth, third, and first grade. She has also been a kindergarten and preschool teacher. Holly is instrumental in providing whole and small group instruction and differentiation to the children in the academy, assessing the students, documenting their progress, and providing technological integration into lessons. Miss Donahue is a teacher in our 3-5 year old classroom. |
| Jodi Torline, Elementary Educator and Early Childhood Facilitator Jodi attended Fort Hays University 1997 - 2001 in pursuit of her elementary education degree. Mrs. Torline's Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education will be complete as soon as she does her student teaching. Jodi has had years of previous experience as a preschool teacher and as an Assistant Director. Jodi is instrumental in providing whole and small group instruction, intervention and enrichment strategies to the students in the academy, assessing the students, documenting their progress, and observing socialization development of the students. Mrs. Torline is a teacher in our 3-4 year old classroom. |

| Sally Williams, Early Childhood Substitute Sally is a retired preschool teacher and childcare provider. She is a permanent substitute at the academy. Miss Sally also serves as our unofficial counselor at the school. She is excellent with providing individualized attention to students who are in need of extra loving care. |
